Also I wish is that Mirillis Team would "also" concentrate on improving "Mirillis Splash!" which has not been updated since 2017. Without a doubt "Action!" is what makes Mirillis shine. One thing worth mentioning is the customer especially with issues you may encounter as you use "Action!" Support team is ready to reply to any queries and issues and also they have their own forum where if you have issues while using the program the most probable thing is that it may have been experienced also by a a user thus the help and solution is there atop having to learn tips and tricks from other users. The inclusion of live streaming gives the user more mileage as the program itself teems with a lot of tools, options and settings for a better video recording experience with everything the user needs to create HD quality recorded videos at honorable frame rate. Action has plenty of settings and tweaks that will keep the user happy whether it be of the highest quality of his recording or (say,) the best possible balance of better quality with a low file size. To date I can't see any review that bested "Action!" in this category (well, I think). Mirillis has been around developing multi-media applications for the digital age but the most notable (and if I must say,) and great leap is with "Mirillis "Action!"" game recording software. I will also be contacting Trading Standards. I will now be contacting Paypal to see if i can get a refund that way. It is when/if the software goes wrong that the issues seem to arise. So, if you don't have any issues with the programme on your PC/laptop then you shouldn't have any problems. I would like to reiterate, that whilst the software was working it was great software. We are literally going around in circles, avoiding the refund. Instead of just giving me my money back (which isn't unreasonable as I have unusable software - and is within reason of the Consumer Rights Act 2015), they are instead emailing me telling me their software is fine. However, the 'customer service' team are completely avoiding my request for a refund, and in my opinion are being very rude about giving me one. It had only been about a week since buying the software that I asked for a return and refund. It is during the latter that I experienced awful service, hence the 1 star review. I have since contacted the company several times (once to rectify the situation, and then after becoming frustrated that I paid for software which wont open I contacted them for a refund). ![]() However, after a few days it failed to open on my laptop. Please note, that when I paid and downloaded the 'Action' software it worked absolutely fine for the first few days. It is a shame I have had to write a poor review of Mirillis. ![]()
